IMPORTANT: Payment must be made by 5:30pm on the 25th of each month, if not a $50 “Past Due Fee” will be added to your account and will be disconnected for non-payment.
Please note that if the 25th falls on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, a customer will have until the following business day to pay the bill before the “Past Due Fee” is automatically added to their account and disconnected for non-payment.
If you are disconnected for non-payment: Your amount due, PLUS your $50 “Past Due Fee” must be paid in FULL before service is reconnected. *PLEASE NOTE* any payment made for disconnect for non-payment after 5:30pm Monday-Thursday will be reconnected the next business day. The utility does NOT reconnect services after hours or non-operational hours. If this applies to you, please contact the utility before you make your payment.
