Please note that if the 25th falls on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, a customer will have until the following business day to pay their bill before the past-due fee is automatically added to their account.

We will NO longer charge a 10% penalty for late payment past the 15th of each month. Because of this change, we will no longer send late notices to our customers. Instead, the enclosed billing statement is the only statement that customers will receive.

The new due date is as follows: If your payment is delinquent for two months and has not been received by 5:30 p.m. on the 25th of the second month, the Utility will automatically add a $50 past-due fee to your account. If payment is not received by this date and time, services will be subject to disconnection for non-payment on the 26th.

Clarification on use of the night/drop box: If a delinquent payment is made through the night/dropbox after 5:30 p.m. on the 25th of the second month, the payment must include the previous month’s payment and the $50 past-due fee in full to prevent disconnection for non-payment on the 26th.
